indie-folk powerhouse. They do vocal improv, they rock out in 11/8; sometimes it seems like they’re playing bluegrass, and sometimes they might make you cry. Their new album ‘Every Whisper is a Shout across the Void” has all the band’s influences and musical ideas woven tight into a cohesive sound.
