LANA Summer Events, June 28, July 6
The Pearl’s own neighbourhood association LANA has two summer events in our local park, JC Beemer, at the corner of Victoria and King William
** Beautification, Park Cleanup and Yard Sale, Sat June 28 9 am to 1 pm (help us plant, cleanup and the yard sale is a fundraising for LANA)
** SUMMER IN THE PARK: Sunday July 6 from 1 to 5 pm
Hotdogs, face painting, outdoor art show, Salvation Army band, and more…
Plus the Pearl’s soundstage for music, performers, entertainers.
Bring a chair or blanket and spend a friendly fun afternoon with us. Â
LANA (Landsdale Area Neighbourhood Association) is a vigorous new neighbourhood group of caring residents of the Landsdale area, working for a positive healthy community here.
The Landsdale area is bordered by east-west between Wentworth and Wellington, and north-south between Barton and Main.
Our nearest neighbourhood to the west is Beasley: from Wellington to James and from the tracks north of Barton to Main. They’re holding a summer event on Saturday June 28 2 pm to 6 pm in Beasley Park (near Cannon & Mary) with lots of music and fun. Beasley Neighbourhood Association website
