Second Sunday Sing-Alongs! Every 2^nd Sunday @ 2:00pm. August 12, Sept. 9, and so on.  PWYC (pay what you feel you can.). Starting in May The Pearl Company is opening its doors to a Community Sing-Along. Every second Sunday of every month at 2 o’clock we invite the Hamilton community to come and raise your voices. We will be singing Great Old Tunes from the 60s, 70s and onward. Inspired by the “Rise Up” songbook, another legacy of Pete Seeger. Let’s join our voices and remember the way we used to sing and dream and set our voices free.  So bring something to strum or hum or shake.  SING YOU SOON!
Hosted by Howard Jerome – who really was singing folk songs in Greenwich Village in the sixties – and who tells great stories!

Summer Sundays /Art Sale /Indoor/Outdoor Yard Sale:
Every Summer Sunday! 12:00 to 4:00 pm. It’s an Art Sale/ Junque & Stuff Yard Sale/ Meet-and-Greet! Lots of out-of-the-ordinary articles (also some very ordinary) for sale in our “Corner Store” on King St.  Also, there are many treasures in the warehouse that is The Pearl.  This started out as a Membership Drive but we have sold a lot of (reasonably priced) art on these Sundays so why not keep them going? Come enjoy the day! And become a member if that works for you….

Adult Baby Cupid comes to earth to answer your questions about love and relationships in 2018, with advice that has lasted through the ages. What could possibly go wrong? Award winning cabaret performer and theatre creator, Adam Bailey, takes on love, relationships and life as Adult Baby Cupid. A character created for Toronto’s Lunacy Cabaret, Adult Baby Cupid has been an audience favorite. Now sharing the stage with the operatic voice and co-hosting skills of Kristin Mueller-Heaslip, Cupid will be enjoying his first full length theatrical outing. There will be singing, jokes, and audience participation as the God of Love and his singing side kick try to rediscover what makes them relevant in a rapidly changing world. Mercury Man: The Last Performance of Orson Welles: Dramatic Hat Productions. Saturday, July 7. Doors: 7:30pm. Show: 8:00. Tickets: $20 / $15 students /seniors/ un(der)waged. A new play by Joel Pettigrew (Waking). Mercury Man takes place days before Welles’ death. The play is set to debut at the Winnipeg Fringe Festival on July 18-29. The cast and crew are doing a one-night showcase at The Pearl – just to give us a taste (and make sure they’ve ironed out the wrinkles….)

Tickets: $20 / $15 students/seniors/un(der)waged. “Euphonic are Geoff Ball, Bob Wegner, and Vince Waters.  With cello, guitar, and drums they have created an eclectic sound of their own – a fusion of classical, Latin, folk, prog rock, ragtime, and jazz. They’ve been writing and playing music together for over a decade, and have finally managed to come together to compile an album’s worth of their original compositions. They are excited to finally be doing their album release show at the Pearl Company, where they will perform their album and more.”  Gary Santucci pulls out some chops and opens for them.
